Package Questions
Does the package price include the visa fee?
No. Our packages cover our service only. Embassy fees, visa centre fees, flights, hotels and insurance are paid separately, and we tell you each cost in writing before you pay.
Which package should I choose?
If you are confident with forms and just want an expert check, choose Basic. Most clients choose Standard, where we prepare the application with you. Choose Premium if you want us to arrange your flights, hotel and insurance too. Not sure? Ask us on WhatsApp.
Do you guarantee my visa?
No. Only the embassy or immigration authority decides. Anyone who promises a guaranteed visa is not being honest with you. We help you submit the strongest, most complete application possible.
Is the fee refundable if my visa is refused?
Our service fee pays for the work we do, which is done whether or not a visa is approved, so it is generally not refundable once work has started. Please read our Terms and Conditions, and ask us before you pay if anything is unclear.
Can a family or group apply together?
Yes. Each applicant needs their own application. Ask us about the total for your family or group.
