No. We are an independent consultancy. We are not part of any embassy, consulate or visa application centre, and we never claim to be. We help you prepare and submit your application correctly.

No, and no honest agent can. Only the embassy or immigration authority decides. What we do is help you submit a complete, accurate application and avoid the mistakes that commonly lead to refusal. Be careful of anyone who promises a guaranteed visa.

We help with visas for China, Vietnam, Dubai (UAE), the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, Schengen countries in Europe, Turkey, Japan, South Africa, Ireland and Australia. If your destination is not listed, message us. We can usually still help or point you in the right direction.

Most applications need a valid passport, passport photos, bank statements, proof of employment or business, a travel plan and proof of accommodation. The exact list depends on the country and visa type, so we give you a full checklist for your case before you start.

It depends on the country, the visa type and how busy the embassy is. For example, a China visa normally takes about 4 working days after submission, while a Vietnam e-visa takes about 3 working days. We give you a realistic timeline for your case and tell you how early to apply.

No. Many first-time travellers are approved. A good travel history can help, but a clear purpose, genuine documents and enough funds matter most.

Yes. We review your documents for gaps, mismatched names or dates, and other common mistakes before anything goes to the embassy.

Yes. Where an interview is needed, we explain what to expect and practise common questions with you so you can answer clearly and honestly.

We go through the refusal letter with you at no extra charge and advise whether reapplying makes sense. A new application is quoted separately. Our service fee is not refunded after a refusal, because the work has already been done and no agent controls the embassy's decision.

Our visa support packages start from ₦150,000. The price depends on how much help you need. See what each package includes on our packages page.

No. Our fee covers our service only. Embassy fees, visa centre fees, flights, hotels and insurance are paid separately. Before you pay anything, we send you a written quote showing every cost.

Pay only into the company bank account named on our invoice, in the name of De At Ease Trip Enterprises Global Services. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account. If anyone does, call us on +234 703 082 3007 before paying. You get a receipt for every payment.

Once we start work on your file, our service fee is not refundable. Embassy and other third-party fees are refunded only if the provider refunds them. Our full refund terms are in the client agreement you sign before we begin.

No. Most clients work with us fully on WhatsApp, phone and email, wherever they are in Nigeria. You are welcome to visit our office in Anambra State if you prefer.
